Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid processing delays.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
